At Sarto Mass Services cc we offer SANAS Calibration Certificates and IQ/OQ/PQ documents.
SANAS is the South African National Accreditation Service of South Africa. It was formed from the NLA (National Laboratory Accreditation Service), which was previously the NCS (National Calibration Service). SANAS oversees the operation of the SANAS accredited test and calibration laboratories in relation to staff training and compliance with procedures, quality systems and international standards such as ISO17025.
This is achieved through a system of regular reviews of the laboratories' quality systems. Technical workshops and conferences are also held throughout the year to serve as a forum for discussion between SANAS and the laboratory's various managers and staff. SANAS also acts as South Africa's representative to international accreditation organizations in the form of mutual recognition agreements.
South Africa's National Accreditation System( Calibration certificates SANAS or SANAS) is the only national body responsible for conducting accreditations related to conformity assessment according to the Accreditation Law for Conformity Assessment, Calibration and Good Laboratory Practice (Act 19 of 2006).
This includes the accreditation of calibration laboratories, proficiency testing service providers & Plus. SANAS is also recognized as a national body that monitors compliance with the Principles of LPG/GCP adopted by the OECD for LPG installations or the VICH Principles of GCP. Accreditation means third-party certification related to conformity assessment bodies that provides formal evidence of their competence to perform specific conformity assessment tasks with the SANAS calibration laboratory symbol. The symbol indicates that the results recorded in the certificate were obtained using internationally recognized procedures, by properly qualified personnel, using equipment calibrated to international measurement standards.
A calibration certificate from SANAS is accepted by ISO9000/17025 certification bodies and is also accepted by more than a dozen international countries including the UK, France, Germany and Taiwan. In short, a SANAS certificate assures the user that the calibration results reported on the certificate meet the highest possible international quality standards.
